HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

3-6 business days.

The US, Canada, Japan, South Korea, the EU, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and more.

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN THE PRICES?

If the product qualifies for "free shipping," you won’t need to pay for shipping. Orders over $25 are eligible for free shipping on qualifying items.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Amazon serves as our logistics partner for shipping Gueray products. They will select the carrier that best suits our customers' needs.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE FOR RETURNS?

Gueray supports a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy, but the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused. Once the item is received and verified at our warehouse, we will process the refund.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order both during processing and after it leaves the FBA warehouse. Check the status on the "Orders" page in your Amazon account.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the product is en route.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE LOGISTICS SHOWS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT?

You can check your mailbox or other entry points, including the garden, within 24 hours. If it’s still not received, ask family members or neighbors if they received it.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A PRODUCT THAT’S DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I ORDERED?
