Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the product is en route.

You can check your mailbox or other entry points, including the garden, within 24 hours. If it's still not received, ask family members or neighbors if they received it.

Gueray supports a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy, but the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused. Once the item is received and verified at our warehouse, we will process the refund.
